ecopassion® BIO HEMP SEED OIL is a natural oil made from EU-certified hemp varieties, cold-pressed and gently filtered for maximum purity. It is rich in omega-6 (linoleic acid) and omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) fatty acids in the ideal ratio of 3:1.
In addition to valuable vitamins E, A, B, C, minerals, and phytonutrients, it provides essential fatty acids that support a balanced diet. Its mild, nutty flavor enhances salads, vegetables, potatoes, muesli, or soups.
