To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the following conditions:

  • It must be returned within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal.
  • The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging, including all accessories.
  • The product must not have been damaged due to improper use.
  • All return shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

 

  1. Processing of Returns and Refunds

Once we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the above conditions, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid, including standard shipping costs. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method applied to the original purchase. Any additional shipping costs for special shipments will not be refunded.
